The Group has been founded in Vienna, Austria in August 2009 by the vocalist Ýra and the guitarist St. Megalopainiac. They didn't hesitate to write songs. Later the current drummer Thrombus, who met Ýra in a Pub, joined the Band. In December Martin "Mogli" Melzer, who also knew Ýra from a Irish Pub, joined On Concrete as a bassist. A few weeks later On Concrete had their first concert and from time to time the band became a lot better, more creative and they also became more favoured.
