Officer owl is very new....in fact they got together one fateful night in September 2008. These two owls were hatched under northern skies in Manchester and Leeds. Already gathering a rapidly increasing online fanbase, due to their beautiful blending vocals and layered instruments, Officer owl are one of the ones to watch.
