About Off the Rikta
Off The Rikta are an English Lo-Fi/acousmatic band from Sittingbourne, Kent. The band is composed of Lutz Buchmann (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano, beats), Daniel Good (guitar, organ, other instruments), Michelle O'Neill (guitar, backing vocals), Stuart Garcka (bass guitar, synthesizers) and Alex 'Hawkwind' Hawkins (drums, percussion). Off The Rikta's first album, Ricochet Jim (2005) was initially unsuccessful, but it became a worldwide hit several months after the release of their EP, Our Organ Odyssey.
