Charles Evan Parke (21st March, 1987) is an English noise 'musician' from Manchester. Yes, another Last.fm user noise project. Parke is the founder and sole member behind the aggressively creative and artistic force known as ‘Not You’. His work is continually praised (by himself) for pushing the boundaries of creative experiments and taste. Bored one afternoon, Parke decided to produce some music. Having failed that, he settled on creating noise instead.
