The founding member of No One Called Larry is a t-shirt. He is dark, charcoal gray, with large white letters that spell out the slogan "Quit Work Make Music". Frequently worn to work - on "casual Fridays", of course - by guitarist/vocalist Tad Callin, the t-shirt provokes a lot of public reaction. Uptight white folks narrow their eyes, or scowl as the shirt passes through a crowd, but it seems to make most people happy. They call out, "Nice shirt, man!" or "Rock on!" which makes the wearer feel warm, wise, and attractive.
