About No hay Dia
No/Hay/Día is a hardcore/thrash band from Panama City, Panama that formed in 1996 and played an important part in the Panama City Hardcore scene. The band took a hiatus in 2001, but upon the release of their debut album Solo Hostil in 2005 (although it was recorded in 2001) they started playing again, and in that period they released a new single (Sobre Todo Lo Demás) with a more metal sound, leaning towards thrash metal. In 2008, the band released a 2 song EP called Antithesis
