nineplanfailed are a three piece alternative rock band based in Swansea, South Wales. The raw, emotive vocals of (lead vocals and bass guitar) Demetrie (Dim) Wyatt, are counterpoint to the brooding Joy Division-esque basslines. The band is completed by the schizophrenic, driving guitar of Gareth Eveleigh, and drummer Nathan Griffiths, who provides solid, thumping, almost tribal beats. The band have been described as ‘a mix of Bush, Maximo Park and The Strokes’ by popular website mattknott.
