About Nine Squares
Portugal / Japan 2010 - Current Nine Squares is a solo project by Fábio Guedes (We Wait, Nihilartikel, zenziC, Blood Pyramid). The project took form in Porto, Portugal in 2010 (under the name The Red Pyramid) rising from the ashes of Fábio Guedes's original solo project (Clover). An experimental project, merging genres together to create atmospheric landscapes and different sounds. In 2013 the project suffered a name change to Nine Squares, as a means of differentiating the project from others with similar names.
