Since 1976 Nick Trill and the Thrillseekers have been swinging the blues in the South Florida area. Nick Trill got bit by the blues bug in junior high school, when a buddy dropped off a stack of vinyl discs. “It was shocking,” he said. “I never heard music like that before.” As a kid in the ’burbs of New York City, songs by Paul Butterfield and John Mayall shook Trill’s world. Those early influences led to him penning his own tunes and hitting stages as frontman for Nick Trill and the Thril-seekers.
