Nick Nicely—real name Nick Laurien—is a musician from London, UK (though born in Greenland), active from the early 80s to the present . Single , Wrottersley Road released April 2013 was described by Pitchfork as 'Prime shoegaze bliss' . In concert nicely has shared bills with artists such as Maria Minerva ,Ariel Pink and John Maus . Although often described as psychedelic, his music is not retro and has little in common with paisley revivalist bands.
