The New Japan Philharmonic (新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団, Shin Nihon Firuhāmonī Kōkyōgakudan?) is a symphony orchestra based in Japan It was established in 1972 with Seiji Ozawa as honorary conductor laureate.
