Need More Brains is a crossover band based in Gateshead, UK, formed in 2013. Formed by Dean 'Dr. Neon' Allen (bass) and Jacky Brown (guitar), with Alex Lofthouse (vocals) and Sam Johnston (drums), NMB plays a kind of unique but abrasive fast, riff-heavy thrash. Lyrical themes range from the angry to existential, covering topics such as mental health, war, the hypocrisy of man, eschatology and the occult. To date, NMB has recorded one demo.
