National Sunday Law Crisis began as a four-piece grindpop band located in Pakenham, Victoria. The band was formed from an idea had by the vocalist, which was discussed originally in a movie theater. Their music is characterised by keyboards, frequent blast beats, and painful screaming, which has been characterised by some critics as if the music were "coming from a tornado". They take influence from many styles, such as noise, grindcore, electro, and parody many styles.
