
About Nano Suratno
Nano Suratno (a.k.a. Kang Nano S., born in Pasar Kemis, Tarogong Garut, West Java, 4 April 1944, died 24 September 2010) was a Sundanese (West Javanese) composer and music arranger with a good reputation in Indonesia. He was involved in the Sundanese arts from an early age, and was a student and prodigy of the late composer Mang Koko. He had degrees from the high school and college conservatories in Bandung, S.M.K.I. and A.S.T.I., as well as from STSI Surakarta.
