Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Nadja Kossinskaja (AKA NADiA KOSSINSKAJA) began her musical education at the age of 11 years on the guitar. She completed her studies at the Music College in Drogobych, Ukraine, in guitar and orchestra conducting, and obtained degrees at the National University of Arts and Culture in Kiev in the subjects of guitar and orchestra conducting . In addition, she furthered her studies of guitar at the University of Music in Detmold, Department Münster, with Prof. Wolfgang Weigel, achieving the grade "very good."
