Formed in 2006 around ex-Ultranol members Sam, Matthew and Sam, Myles Power wrote, self-recorded and released an album, sampler, singles and remix project. Their sound combined a variety of influences, from pop to shoegaze to folk, electronica, ambient and post-rock and incorporates harmonized vocals, pretty/ugly guitars, scratchy bits and threatening bass to a somewhat songlike effect.
