About My Own Words
My Own Words is a metal group from Groningen, the Netherlands. The band is a side-project consisting of members from Karbo and Monastery. My Own Words plays a mixture of thrashmetal and blackmetal riffing with some hardcore-influences, without ending up as yet another typical metalcore band. My Own Words' record Used Against Me (2007) is recorded and mixed by the bandmembers themselves at a very low budget, so don't expect a slick production but total underground-metal! www.myspace.com/myownwordsmetal
