In 2009 Brandon Allen and Scott Rechel made My Life's Burden official. Adding members Terry Merriner, Matt Mervine, and Kevin Mitchell. The band started writing a variety of music as well as pulling in previous music that was written in the past. My Life's burden went to killersoundz studio and recorded a 3 song demo which was given to 88.9 wstb the alternation.
