About Mutant King
Named after one of James Dean’s nicknames, Mutant King was active in the late eighties. Originating from the dutch towns of Heerlen and Landgraaf (worldwide acknowledged for Pinkpop, Mondo Verde and shopping mall Op de Kamp) the band played covers, mostly in the new wave genre (the Cure, U2, Simple Minds, the Chameleons and others), as well as many own songs.
