Multiple Places was a legendary New Orleans-based rock band formed in 1983 by Marc Boudousquie (bass), Duncan McCord (lead vocals & keyboards), Rodney Rollins (drums), and Settly (guitar & vocals). They were known for upbeat original songs and theatrical stage shows influenced by such diverse styles as post punk, progressive rock, and New Orleans R&B. They appeared on MTV's "The Cutting Edge" in April 1986, a showcase of unsigned bands, and performed at SxSW in March 1988.
