Mount Venus is a band hailing from Antwerp. They embrace prog, post and stoner rock to create their own music that lies between overwhelming walls of sound and fairy tale soundscapes. References are Porcupine Tree, A Perfect Circle, Motorpsycho, … It was in the spring of 2007 that four musicians started jamming together: Roeland Picon Van de Wingard (vocals/bass), Sam Goedhuys (guitar/vocals), Anthony Van Breda (guitar vocals) and Joris Van Regemortel (drums).
