About Mothers Pride
Mothers Pride, previously called Mother's Pride from 1989 to 2001, is a pop/rock band from Lucerne, Switzerland. They dropped the apostrophe from their name when they reformed in 2007, releasing the album mothers pride. Until their breakup in 2001, Mothers Pride performed as Mother's Pride (with the apostrophe) and were one of the most successful bands in Lucerne, Switzerland. They had national hits, such as Pretend, Goodbye/Suicide and My Baby Loves You, which earned them a local hero status.
