About Mother Disobedience
Mother Disobedience is an Athens, Greece based, experimental band/collective led by the late Frank Plastic. They were formed somewhere between 1984 and 1986, under the name Sparmachetta, by Plastic and his wife Donna Clorox as a tribute band to Johnny Cash, but after Donna's tragic death by lightening, in 1987, Frank Plastic renamed the band to Mother Disobedience and started seeking new paths in the abyss of experimental/improvisational music as a therapy to his illusions caused by the loss.
