About Mortus
There are at least three bands using this name: 1) Mortus is a Melodic Death Metal band from Linz, Austria. Formed as Sadistic Hate in 1993 they changed their name to Mortus in 1994. It is very likely that the band either split-up or is inactive, as there have been no news on their website for two and a half years. Sometime in 1993 Inch and Sharp founded the formation "Sadistic Hate". A year later the original cast has changed and it has been decided to give the band a new name.
