About Morbid Curiosity
1. Hailing from Norrköping, Sweden, Morbid Curiosity was assembled in 1999 on initiative by drummer Rikard Hansson & guitarist/vocalist Fredrik Malmbecker. The band started out primarily as a tribute band to Metallica, but soon started to produce material of their own. The empty bass slot was soon to be filled by Patrik Jonsson, long time friend of the band. In their first 3 years Morbid Curiosity produced 2 demos and played a dozen gigs in various clubs and bars in, and around Norrköping.
