1. Modest Proposal is an electronic band from Prague in Czech Republic. 2. It's been almost 25 years since Washington, DC's Modest Proposal played its last show, at London's famed 100 Club. Now MP founders singer-songwriter Neal Augenstein and guitarist-songwriter Bill Crandall have reunited, joined by former Minor Threat bassist Steve Hansgen, and legendary punk drummer Danny Ingram. In the 1980s, Modest Proposal was at the forefront of the nation's capital's mod scene.
