About Modern Folklore
Modern Folklore are a 5-piece Indie Alternative band from Rapid City, South Dakota. The band formed in 2020 when Josh Shepperd and Dexter Carman met at a local music venue and realized their shared love of archetypical imagery and early indie rock influences. Soon after drummer Ed Flammond joined the band, followed by multi-instrumentalist Kyle Blessing, and finally bassist Patrick Fahey. Since then, Modern Folklore have performed dozens of shows
