About Mitch Walcott
Hypervigilant, perfectionist, and empathic are words Mitch Walcott chooses to describe himself. Clinically diagnosed with OCD in 2003, he has a different outlook on life and music than when he started making tracks in 1994. His first big break came in 2001 when Carl Craig selected him to open up the Sunday set on the Underground Stage at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival (DEMF). After his debut performance, Mitch submitted some demos to Jeff Mills (Axis Records).
