Alicia J. Rose, better known by her stage name Miss Murgatroid, is an American avant-garde accordionist, singer, and composer originally associated with the San Francisco experimental music scene before later relocating to Portland, Oregon. Emerging in the early 1990s, she became known for blending accordion music with psychedelic folk, ambient noise, drone, and experimental rock textures. Miss Murgatroid released several solo records, including Methyl Ethyl Key Tones and Myoclyonic Melodies
