Miss Lana Rebel is American roots / country musician Lana Spillsbury based in from Tucson, AZ. She has also recorded as Miss Lana Rebel and the Broken Promises and as Miss Lana Rebel & Kevin Michael Mayfield. When in her twenties, Rebel played bass in math-metal band Last of the Juanitas. During that time, she learnt guitar by playing along to old country records and began writing her own songs. WIth the Juanitas boys as backing band, she toured as Juanita Family and Friends.
