Meyend Tricks “Lowlife is the name that society gave us”. This is the credo of the Toronto based collective which was founded by lead rapper Michael George mka (musically known as) Meyend Tricks (pronounced Mind Tricks). It was he who came up with the name for what started as a rap group and progressed into a full fledged movement. Priding themselves on carrying a banner which was more an ironic statement than an accurate depiction of who they were
