About Methadust
A three piece stoner sludge metal band hailing from Rochester, NY. Alex on guitar and vox. Scott on bass. Owen on drums. Years of Scott and Alex struggling to find a drummer allowed for a defined sound to be constructed in the basement of Scott's house. He makes his own amps and cabs which are lined up along the wall. Blasting loud, slow heavy and groovy tunes. With influences from Graves at Sea and Bongzilla to porn groove bands. They have interesting breaks with funky guitar wah wah and smooth bass lines.
