About Metal Skool
A previous name of the band, Steel Panther. In 2008, they changed their name to Steel Panther. Before that, they were known as Metal Skool, an 80's glam metal parody and cover band which performs regular weekly shows in Hollywood and San Diego, then later Las Vegas. Originally formed as Danger Kitty, their first "claim to fame" was in a Discover Card commercial under that name and released a single for the song 'Love Rocket'. They changed their name to Metal Shop
