Afraid of Music, the band name suggests but their music is nowhere near that. A pounding rhythm section, coupled with soaring melodies would easily make a first-time listener think otherwise. The sound of MELOPHOBIC is intense, yet moody at times, but altogether a beautiful amalgamation of all the individual members’ diverse musical tastes.
