About Melon Galia
Melon Galia consists of Thierry De Brouwer (guitar, vocals, bass, organ, percussion), Aurélie Muller (vocals, bass, groove box, melodica), and Samir Barris (drums, percussion, guitar, back-up vocals). They released their debut album 'Les Embarras du Quotidien' in France in 2001, and later in the United States in 2003. Mike Mogis (Presto! Studios, Bright Eyes) mixed the album, and contributed to a few of the songs as well, and brought Conor Oberst in to do guest vocals on a song.
