The bandname Meelodi is a combination of the names of the two main members of this group, Ole And Medi (can u figure it out ? :-) Meelodi plays a unique mix of music maybe best labelled as ”Worldmusic”? The Persian vocals of Medi accompanied by everything from classical guitar to more worldy sounding stringed instruments to beats. Meelodi perform original material exclusively.
