
Max Ebb is the moniker of Max Hancock, and the name he often uses when composing music or capturing field recordings between the years 2004 to the present. Max's first introduction to composing electronic music began in 1989 when he formed the band Diphthong, with Sean Flood and Richard Garrett. In 1995, after Richard's death, Diphthong separated, but Max Hancock continued to compose electronic music. His style at that time was heavily influenced by Markus Popp (Oval)
