About Maw Pacific
In 2006, Jacob Hunter decided he was going to get serious about playing music after admiring bands like Modest Mouse, Ugly Casanova, Wolf Parade, and Helio Sequence. He begun practicing and recording under the name, "Maw Pacific" he had attained from Jack Kerouac's "Desolation Angels" He recorded in Southern California before moving to Portland and continuing his recording up North. He soon moved back to California to continue his recording, which is better than ever.
