
Martin's first professional commission was in 1997 working with Theatre of Widdershins on their production of 'Rumpelstiltskin'. He has since continued to compose music for film, theatre, concert hall and various exhibitions. Notable commissions include 2005 New York International Film & Video Festival award winner 'Do You Like Chinese?', 2006 Edinburgh Festival Fringe award winner 'The King's Got Donkey's Ears!' and 2008 Washougal International Film Festival award winner 'Red Hood'.
