About Marcelo Vidal
Marcelo Vidal Diaz was born in Rancagua, Chile, and began his study of the guitar in 1989 at the National Conservatory of Music in Santiago under Professor Luis Lopez. In 1993, he continued his studies under Professor Luis Orlandini at the University of Chile graduating with distinction in the summer of 1996 as "Intérprete Superior en Guitarra". In addition, he has attended courses in Latin American music with Alirio Díaz and Leo Brouwer in Caracas, Venezuela.
