About Mar Project
Mar Project is the result of pooled artistic energies to create music for other artists, actors, film directors, dancers, singers and musicians. M.P. believes that music simply records human lives; therefore, it should be spontaneous and accidental. M.P. aspires to be open to sounds from any source for its recordings. Mar Project was conceived by Hiroshi Kono in 2001. The initial concept was to make simple, yet melodic songs with only classical guitars and vocals in various languages to optimize the unique characteristics of the language.
