Maplesnow - Beautiful melodies, enchanting rhythms and melancholy soundscapes. In July 2002, old friends Heikki and Mikko spent a weekend at Ruisrock, the oldest Finnish rock festival. Heikki’s previous band had just split up, Mikko’s old band had undergone a six-year evolution and was tangling up badly in constant line-up changes as the members were moving to different cities around Finland. However, neither of the guys felt like abandoning their rock ‘n roll dreams just yet.
