Manuel Just Verdeguer (Catarroja, June 23, 1707 - Valencia, May 18, 1787) was a Spanish composer and master of chapel. Although Muneta Martínez makes it originally from Valencia, 1 Hervás Vila places its birth in Catarroja, not far from the city of Valencia. He was admitted as a singer in the cathedral of Valencia, where he received his musical training from Pedro Rabassa, with whom he studied singing and composition.
