Manuel Dos Santos Elias (c. 1740, Portugal - c. 1780, Lisbon) was a Portuguese clerical composer. He was a member of the Carmelite monastery in Lisbon. Only one work, a flute concerto, survives. It demonstrates knowledge of the Mannheim style.
