About Mandrax Icon
Mandrax Icon was born amidst the summer of 2006, in the south lands of Portugal. It was created by Márcio da Cunha, whose intentions were to create a Psychedelic Rock band, but, due to the lack of musicians interested in contributing, began recording everything by himself. A demo named "Epiphany in Patmos" was recorded and resulted on invitations for live gigs, some radio airplay and contacts from record labels, still, nullified by the lack of a supporting band.
