There are multiple artists who have used the name Malice: 1. Malice is a heavy metal band from Portland, Oregon, originally active from 1980 to 1989. The band is known for their appearance on the first "Metal Massacre" compilation and for releasing the albums "In the Beginning..." in 1985 and "License to Kill" in 1987 through Atlantic Records. Their music was influenced by European heavy metal and drew comparisons to Judas Priest. Malice was formed by guitarist Jay Reynolds
