About Makabre Winter
MAKABRE WINTER were brewed on 2005, hailing from Thessaloniki, as a one-man-band of Valdyr (ex-Immaterial Creation). After hundreds of hardships and mishanters, an EP is expected by the winter of 2010/11. An expedition will be commenced afterwards in order to obtain a decent contract and release the debut Full-Length Album. Musicians have been gathered in order to incarnate live performances. The genre can be described as Epic Viking Folk Metal with lots of Balkan and Celtic influences
