Having played in Melbourne underground punk, hardcore and indie scenes for years in such bands as The Arch-Rivals The Defiance Report and more recently Dead Like Geneva, Gerry Rival wanted to try something different... something more stripped back.... something more simplistic without losing it's edge, passion and creativity. Though deriving influences from wide range of artists, such as The Weakerthans, Drag the River, Drive-By Truckers, Alkaline Trio
