Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Mackey Roberts really didn’t have a choice but to sing. As the child of parents who sang and toured with a gospel group, Mackey was blessed with a voice from the beginning. At the age of 3 he sang his own rendition of Lee Greenwood’s “Proud to be an American” in front of a group of people and was hooked.
