The band name Luktomo is the homophonic of the name of one Chinese traditional buddha, which is signifying mercy and kindness. The band established in Guangzhou, China in late 2009. Now the 5 members are consisting of lead vocalist Liu Ke (刘柯, Hardcore), guitarist Zou Di (邹迪, 四会DEE), guitarist Li Jian Feng (李剑锋, 东莞ADEE), drummer Sun Ming Zhe (孙明哲), bass player Lin Jia Qing (林家庆, 人渣, Jimmy) .
